The apartment is in a very good condition and fully equipped with TV, DVD, ADSL, wLAN, Aircon, washing machine, bath tube and even a small balcony. A maid comes 6 times a week and keeps the apartment clean.

Your new room is very bright, around 10sqm, and comes along with Aircon, bed, desk and wardrobe. I can provide you with bed sheets etc.

That apartment is located about 1km north of Jingan Tempel/metro station at the junction Jiaozhou Rd/Changping Rd. Several bus lines bring you directly in front of the building and you can reach the hot spots for around 11 RMB by taxi. (OK, maybe not at rushhour;-) Bus line 830 brings you very conveniently to metro line #1 at Changshu Rd. station.

What else do we have around here?
-Sport stadium direct nearby where you can exercise if you like running
-Carrefour shopping center about 1km away
-Several small restaurants if you do not like to cook

The rent is 2200RMB/month, but negotiable depending on how long you want to stay.
Deposit is one month rent, utilities will be shared.

PS: I’m a Chinese (F) and I have cats, if you would like to bring yours, you are very welcome. But you should at least not be allergic to cats;-)
