WANTED! WEB DESIGNER WITH CSS/xHTML EXPERIENCE

Who we are:

We are a team of 28 people from Germany, China, France, UK, USA, Russia, Turkey, Finland, Switzerland and Portugal;

Our philosophy is to combine hard work with a friendly atmosphere;

We all prefer a casual working environment and value good team relationships.



What we do:

We set up different types of webcommunities for a fairly large number of users (1.000.000+).



What we expect:

We don't want lifeless working machines nor expect flawless work, but we do expect you to do your absolute best and work hard for a common goal.



Requirements:

* MUST HAVE xHTML and CSS EXPERIENCE;

* must hold a art/design-related OR computer science degree;

* team player, independent thinking, flexible;

* can communicate in English;

* have an understanding/awareness for designing graphics (and optimizing graphics) for the web;

* experience in Photoshop, Illustrator;

* examples of previous work (attached graphics or web links).



What you will do:

* code CSS and xHTML, test functionality across browsers;

* design and propose graphics as required for projects;



NO NO NO's:

* No freelancers;

* No applications from outside of Shanghai (unless you plan on relocating to Shanghai);

* No phone or e-mail interviews;



Salary and working hours: usually 10am to 6-8pm

Salary will commensurate with experience
